SHIPPING POLICY

At resQ Coffees, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience, from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your door. When you place an online order, we take great care in packaging your items as quickly as possible. You will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates with most orders arriving within 3-7 business days depending on location via USPS. Once an order leaves our shop, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately with any issues so that we can make it right. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify us via email at customercare@resQCoffees.com within 14 days of receiving your shipment so that we may resolve the issue.

For purchases made in the store, we will offer a return for a full refund with a receipt within 14 business days. Returns made after 14 days will receive in store credit in the form of a gift card.
